You did a wonderful job "submerging" the wings into the water of the lake. It looks very realistic. Putting butterfly wings in water is something that I have yet to see...a very original idea! The only thing missing is some points on the model's ears but that is a preference thing. Nice work...hope to see more like this in the future!
